My team was tasked with extending Honda's "Better is a Never-Ending Quest" campaign for the all-new Accord, into a highly ambitious, highly-targeted social media campaign.
We had to feature the cast of CG characters from the Trophy City TV ad and allow social media users to nominate their friends and receive a unique video with a trophy just for them and their particular achievements.
To create all of the assets needed for the campaign we leveraged ACE and developed a cloud video rendering pipeline to handle the customisation on top.
As a result, thousands of users nominated thousands of friends to receive personalised videos. Across the campaign Honda achieved nearly double their projected number of user engagements, and exceeded their core engagement by 500%.
